Diabetes - Simple Tip





Use this tip when your sugar levels fall down.

Always carry chocolate with you. If you feel your blood sugar levels dropping (symptoms may include fast heartbeat, shaking, sweating, nervousness, or anxiety), eat the chocolate immediately. 

If you forget to bring chocolate, you can eat any sweets, sugar, or fruits like apples, which will help temporarily balance your sugar levels. 

This simple trick could be lifesaving. Once your sugar levels return to normal, be sure to visit your doctor.
